Green Virgin Product Review And Giveaway
CONTEST IS OVER
Brenda Witherspoon-Bedard, I have emailed you
so you can claim your prize.
Once again I succeed in bringing you an Eco-Friendly
I have been washing my laundry with soap nuts from Green Virgin Products for the past 3 weeks and have not used a single drop of my usual laundry soap. And I must tell you that I am totally amazed.
Look a the beautiful package they sent me.
I had heard about soap nuts but had never tried it, simply thought that it didn't clean well. Boy was I ever wrong. In any case I learned through Green Virgin Products that there are difference in soap nuts. And they say that all soap nuts are no the same just like apples are not the same. GVP only sells Sapindus Mukorossi Soap Nuts.
They are the largest of the varieties and also have the highest saponin content. They grow in Northern India and Nepal. GVP Soap Nuts are the finest gourmet Soap Nuts money can buy.
Nuts are the fruit of the Chinese Soap Berry Tree. These amazing
berries are harvested and then dried in the sun. No chemicals of any
kind are added to our soap nuts.
detergent with toxic chemicals is replaced with something all natural
and totally organic. The soap nut contains a natural soap called
saponin. Saponin has cleaning abilities equal to toxic chemical
detergents. Soap Nuts are extremely hypo-allergenic and can be used by
people who are allergic to all other detergents. They are completely
green and don't pollute our planet. Soap Nuts go by many names, such as
soap berries, wash berries, wash nuts, Ritha, Reetha and more.
It only takes 4-6 soap nuts to make a wash and it last up to 8 wash for a tops loader and a bit more for a front loader. That is what is written. But from my experience, I make heavy loads to save time and money and space. I never make half loads. And one bag of 4-6 soap nuts will last me about 6-7 washes in my front loader and I think that is very good.
My laundry does come out smelling wonderfully fresh and it is very clean. My white come out as white as with any commercial laundry cleaner.
I absolutely love this little wonder bar. It's like the old sunlight bars our grand-mother use to use.
Only in an eco-friendly bar. Just
wet the bar then rub an old tooth brush on the wet bar to get some of
the prespotter on the brush, then brush the stain and agitate with the
brush for a few seconds until the stain magically disapears, then throw
into the washer. IF the stain is too big, use the whole bar to rub the stain free. My husbans does mechanic on both our cars so he does come back in with some pretty nasty stain so I'm anxious to try these with the Prespotter bar.
I also had seen this before but thought it to be untrue, thought it would be a fad, but man again, boy was I wrong, it really works. I'm been using it for the past 3 weeks and I've said goodbye to all my crazy deodorants that smell too perfumy, too spicy or too floral. There was never one that I really liked. But mineral salt deodorant doesn't smell anything and I can do all my chores in the day and feel utterly confident and feel fresh and at the end of my day I still smell fresh.
I do recommend this non toxic mineral salt deodorant stone to all especially the ones that have medical problems and cannot wear underarm protection.
