welcome to Women-Prenuer Galore once again.
We are having one hell of snowstorm today here in Quebec. It's our second one this week.
I thought we sere going to get away with hardly any snow this winter but no luck.
It's getting to be a heavy snow covered winter so far.
Today I want to tell you about the fun movie I saw about 2 nights ago with my husband sent to me by Fox Video. The movie is called What's Your Number featuring funny lady Anna Faris and the great looking hunk
Chris Evans. This movie reminded me of the 1980's funny comedies featuring funny lady Goldy Hawn.
Though Anna Faris doesn't quite step up to Goldy Hawn.
In this movie, Anna Faris plays Ally Darling a fun girl that reads an article that leads her to believe that one of her ex 20 boyfriends was mister right. So she embarks on a journey to find out if any of these guys could be the right one for her to marry and settle down. So she asks for the help of her next door neighbor which is unemployed to help her out with hunting each one down so Ally can see if they are mister right or not.
It's nothing too original or numbskulling but I still enjoyed the movie.
I liked it cause I didn't have to break my head to understand a scheme or anything, and it made me laugh quite a few times. I kind of like Anna Farris and enjoy her movies. I'm a sucker for the type of comedies in which she plays. But I sadly do not see any real serious roles for her in the future. Her dumb blond character is really stuck to her. and that is sad. But then again if she can live with it, who cares?
As for the Chris Evans, apart for being a bomb, his role was nothing more then being naked most of the time. For our pleasure but his role was not very complicated either.
But after seeing him in Captain America I was a bit disappointed in this movie for him.
Actors don,t always make the best of choices.
But all in all I give this movie a 6 on 10
